Water is a precious shared resource. By finding out more about how water is consumed, the Ville de Montréal will be able to plan more effectively and better respond to the needs of major water users.
Water meters will be supplied and installed without charge. However certain preparatory work may need to be carried out on your plumbing, which is your responsibility and which is in part eligible for the Ville de Montréal’s.
You will receive an initial notice by mail from the Ville de Montréal advising you that Génieau will soon begin water meter installation in your building. You will then have 14 days to fill out and return the questionnaire…
